This Sunday, former Miss Universe, Venezuelan actress and singer Alicia Machado, reported from her residence in Miami, United States, that the tragedy that mourns her family with the murder of her brother Arturo Junior Machado Zambrano in Maracay, in state of Aragua.
“Tonight is very dark for all my Machado family … They killed a brother in our native #Venezuela #Maracay,” wrote the artist in an Instagram post.
“My brother has been missing for almost a year and sadly we have been informed that his remains have appeared,” the former Miss Universe explained to her followers.
“My beautiful love #QEPD now you are with dad, my love, your big sister will always carry you present in my heart as the most sincere love of brothers,” added Alicia Machado, wounded by her residence in Miami.
The artist released the sad news on his Instagram account, along with a photograph of a chapel of the Virgin of Guadalupe.
In the emotional message, Alicia Machado also sent her condolences to her half-brother’s mother, Belkis, and asked her followers to pray for the breakup from her beloved “Arturito”, as they affectionately called him.
