Through their YouTube channel, directors Arya Lee and Jay Samuelz shared their latest production, BETWEEN US, a short film that adapts the video game to a film of just over 10 minutes.
It is certainly not the first time that an adaptation of the title has been made, but this time it draws attention because it is perhaps the production that best adapts the concept of the game in a short live-action, considering how well made the environments and the high attention to detail in the costumes of the characters.
This is not a surprise, as Lee and Samuelz already have some experience in this type of production. In addition, the film had the participation of several recognized actors, such as Mario Gavrilis (orange crew member), Franciska Friede (purple), Leslie Malso (black) and Paul Cless (green).

As in the video game, the short introduces several crew members and begins with the suspicious death of one of them, which quickly leads to an emergency meeting to finally uncover the horrific truth.
Something interesting is that some liberties have been taken to make the adaptation, for this it is possible to see the identity of the crew, which are people. Furthermore, there is talk of a virus that changes the personality and behavior of human beings, with the possibility of turning them into potential mass murderers, which is why one is the impostor.
