During his participation in the first day of Wellbeing 360 activities, organized by the Tecmilenio University, he explained that to measure organizational well-being he developed the HERO model, or Healthy and Resilient Organization, which is characterized by the generation of systematic efforts, planned and proactive to improve your psychosocial and financial health.
On the other hand, there are toxic organizations or organizations with aversion to HEROES where people’s interaction with their work and with other colleagues has harmful and harmful psychosocial effects, both in the organization itself and in the people that compose it, negatively affecting your well-being and your productivity.

According to Marisa Salanova, organizations that seek well-being are successful because:
