Jackson Palmer, the creator of Dogecoin and "Are we Decentralized Yet?", Spoke about Ripple and how it is similar to InitiativeQ in terms of marketing, in a podcast interview with Laura Shin.

Palmer talked about his "Are We Decentralized Yet" website, and how it is harder to collect data from these decentralized blockchains and that there is less data now than it was 12 months ago. He added that there have been many cryptocurrency projects with millions of dollars-funded foundations that make public numerical data and that these bases want numbers to show a certain narrative. Palmer continued:

"You'd think transparency would be in their best interest. Just look at the most centralized entities and have more than one for-profit business model, Ripple comes to mind and, among all the projects, it was one of the most fascinating of my gender or I'm trying to get updated numbers and provide information. "

Also, Palmer said that Ripple was doing a good job in terms of "awareness, excitement and excitement" about their community and that they were focused unlike Ethereum, which has multiple projects and is heading in many directions.

Digging deeper into Ripple and XRP, Palmer said that people who are in XRP and Ripple are not usually in other cryptocurrencies. He went on to say:

"I think they are [people into XRP] only more susceptible to marketing. I think the people who come into Ripple remind me of the people who entered this initiative of InitiativeQ and … I think the InitiativeQ and the Ripple marketing are actually very similar if you actually go look what they claim to do in future wise technology. "

Palmer further compared Ripple and InitiativeQ and stated that InitiativeQ is like a "multilevel marketing pyramid scheme" that is exchanging referrals as a currency. He said that InitiativeQ uses PayPal as a marketing copy because an InitiativeQ person sold his company to PayPal a few years ago. He added:

"If you look at some of the people who are part of the Ripple community team, for example, if you look at Twitter, it's absolutely off the charts in terms of how they are manipulating Twitter as a means of promoting Ripple if they are or if they say they do not owning the bot networks .but sure, it's just, it's very interesting to watch. And, and I feel like Ripple is a little like, just like InitiativeQ without reference codes in a way.
