Today, publisher Modus Games and developer Frozenbyte release Trine 4: Melody of Mystery, a story-focused expansion for Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince. The DLC is available for PC via Steam, GOG, Humble Store and soon also on EA Origin for € 7.99. In spring 2021, the expansion will also appear on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Trine 4: Melody of Mystery calls heroes Amadeus, Pontius and Zoya to the Astral Academy to investigate a mysterious sleep afflicting the academy’s students.
In the new adventure, the trio of heroes face off against a suspicious ghost who has been falsely released into the wild in six completely new levels. They are perfectly equipped with improved skills for new puzzles.

Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince returns to its roots, the classic side scrolling platformer, in which players with brains must solve puzzles that dynamically adapt to the number of players. Up to four players combine the skills of an intelligent wizard, a knight with a heart in the right place and a cunning thief to fight battles and explore the landscape so that the world is no longer haunted by the dark visions of the Nightmare Prince.
