If the creditor rings twice: Timo Berger and Michael Wendler (48) have been close friends for years. Berger organized the pop singer’s travels, was her wedding planner and was also one of the first to know Laura Müller (20) as a new woman by his side. But now it’s the ice age. Reason: The Wendler owes Timo Berger almost 30,000 euros. “This is the money that is available from wedding planning,” says Berger. To collect the money, the travel agent went to the Wendler villa in Cape Coral (Florida, USA) on Monday. But there it is said that Wendler tried cowardly to get out of the affair and to have sent his daughter Adeline forward (18).
“He hid like a cowardly dog”
“He just got back in his car when I drove past the house,” Timo Berger tells RTL. “We stood hood to hood for a moment, but he just passed me in the garage and then hid in the house like a cowardly dog,” says the travel agent. Really? It wouldn’t be a good move on Wendler’s part. Because you actually treat old friends differently. But the situation got even more absurd, according to Berger: “Later his daughter Adeline went out to see if I was still there – and then she called the police.”
“I will keep trying to get my money”
The official police report (available from RTL) states that Berger was informed by the police that the Norberg family did not want any contact with him. He obeyed the instructions and left the scene without incident. However, he doesn’t want to give up so quickly: “I’ll be in Florida for a few more days and keep trying to get my money. That’s probably unrealistic. But Michael should see I’m ready for all my money to come.” And what says Wendler? RTL sent him an email and asked for an opinion. No response so far. On Instagram, however, he wrote that Timo Berger’s claims were fictitious: “There is no legally effective judgment and no lawsuit!” Timo Berger: “There is no complaint because it would still end with Adeline, who runs her business. I didn’t want to do it to her. I wanted to settle the matter peacefully.” Wendler also writes: “Also, I would like to point out that Mr. Berger was never a family friend.” Timo Berger: “This is ridiculous”. And the photos actually speak a different language …
