The Peacock streaming platform, available only in the US, has finally launched the new series based on “Saved by the bell”, In a proposal that introduces a new generation of students, but recovering two key characters from the original: AC Slater, played by Mario Lopez, and Jessie Spano, by Elizabeth Berkley.

But since “Screech” was one of the most recognizable characters in “Saved by the Bell” history, inevitably the new series had time to at least mention what happened to him.
The eighth episode of the new series is called “The Todd Capsule” and it is during that presentation that the meeting of the characters from the original series takes place, recalling some of their experiences at Bayside High School. It is there that Slater reveals that Screech has been very successful and has even reached levels above everyone else.
