The Council of Ministers Media Center contacted the Egyptian Medicines Authority, which denied the news, confirming that there is no truth to the existence of a shortage of drugs for chronic diseases in the hospitals of the health insurance system. global, emphasizing the availability of all drugs, including drugs for chronic diseases in all hospitals, whether governmental or health insurance. And that its strategic stocks are completely safe and reassuring, as it is coordinated with the Unified Purchasing Authority to provide for any shortages of medicines or medical supplies, indicating the intensification of monitoring campaigns on all supply points. and sale of drugs, in order to ensure that the state guarantees citizens’ needs for drugs.
