Along with the revelation of the collection Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, to Electronic arts confirmed this Saturday (7) that he is developing a new game in the space RPG series.
The publication on the official blog of BioWare confirms that “a team of veterans is working hard to envision the next chapter in the Mass Effect universe”. The studio says it’s in the project’s initial plans, and can’t yet reveal any further details on which direction it will take.
The Legendary Edition collection, slated for 2021, will include remastered versions of the first three installments of the series, which seemed in danger of ending after the critical and commercial failure of Mass Effect: Andromeda at the beginning of the generation.
