Cause of death of DJ Erick Morillo, found dead in his Miami home two and a half months ago, revealed. The medical report of the autopsy reveals that the 49-year-old musician died as a result of an accidental overdose of a sedative substance.
“Severe ketamine anesthetic intoxication,” reads the document obtained by E! On line. Morillo’s addiction to ketamine and alcohol was known, and in 2017 Morillo also speculated that he had already been in rehab 3 times.
Erick Morillo’s death comes just days after he surrendered to the police in Miami after being charged with sexual abuse. The victim claims that after a performance the DJ went to Morillo’s house and that despite having resisted the producer’s advances, when he woke up he was naked in bed with the DJ beside him.
