The actor, Dave Prowse, who played the character of Darth Vader in the original “Star Wars” trilogy, died after going through “a brief illness,” according to his agent on Sunday, November 29.
Prowse was a bodybuilder from Bristol, England, who, in addition to participating in “Star Wars,” graduated an honorary degree from the Order of the British Empire (MBE) after starring in a public service series on road safety.
