Temporary closure of all non-essential shops. These are exceptions.

From Monday 16 November the sale of goods and services to consumers is temporarily prohibited, with some exceptions strictly necessary to meet the basic needs of society or important to guarantee safety and health, namely:

• shops selling mainly food, personal care and cleaning products, including the sale of agricultural products on the farm, with the exception of the sale of clothing, footwear and technical items in these shops,
• pharmacies,
• medical and orthopedic shops,
• markets,
• agricultural shops,
• service stations,
• banks and insurance services,
• mail,
• delivery services,
• service workshops where repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles and bicycles are performed (vulcanization, mechanical workshop, paint or bodywork workshops, bicycle repair shops),
• chimney sweep services, provided that in the room where the chimney sweep services are performed there is only one contractor or, if this is not possible, the service provider and a person who is a user of the small system may be present in the room combustion; the provision of chimney sweep services is not permitted in rooms where a small combustion appliance is installed, which cannot be ventilated after the service has been provided,
• construction work in or on uninhabited construction sites, the implementation of which ensures that there is no contact with consumers,
• newsstands and newsstands for the sale of newspapers and magazines,
• personal collection of goods or food at collection points where minimum contact with consumers is ensured between 6:00 and 21:00; the consumption of food and drinks in public areas is prohibited,
• other emergency health and safety services.

It is allowed to offer and sell goods and services to consumers at a distance and, without time limits, also to carry out the preparation of food and drinks in case of delivery.
