The Rebuild Challenge is available for a limited time, with the Marammat skin and a new story.
It’s been a long time since Overwatch introduced that movie, “The Call”; but Blizzard continues to enrich the background of his world and his characters through more ambitious snippets, videos and celebrations. In this case, WoW’s parents give the lead role to Satya Vaswani, better known as Symmetra.
This heroine, who has been modified many times throughout the history of the game, now receives a double ration of affection from those responsible. First we have a new story “Stone by stone“It is signed by Christie Golden, an American writer who has collaborated with Blizzard on countless occasions with novels on the background of Starcraft or World of Warcraft, among others, but also has several works on Star Wars or Star Trek in her career.
On the other hand, the game also includes the extension challenge “Rebuilding“, very similar to those dedicated to characters like Ana, Sigma or D. It goes into the past. The idea is the same: win games or watch game content on Twitch and unlock special rewards. If you successfully complete three quick games, arcade or competitive you will get a player icon; with six wins you get a new graffiti and the prize of the Epic Marammat look for Symmetra it is reserved for those who win nine games from 17 to 30 November. Similarly, you’ll get one, two, and three new graffiti by watching (respectively) two, four, and six hours of Overwatch content live.
With a sequel just around the corner, hopefully the first game will stay alive with these kinds of additions for a while. But if you want to be aware of its future, remember that we already have a date for BlizzConline and with it, information on Overwatch 2, Diablo IV, and other Blizzard games. The event will be held in digital format, but will maintain the traditions we are used to in the Californian company.
