As you can see, while we exercise we sweat to regulate ourselves, not because we are burning fat. Fat is released from the cells for the body to decompose so that it can do so get power.

If we think that in this way we are losing more weight and we do not replace fluids that we have lost and that our body needs, we run the risk of suffering a dehydration If it is mild, it will cause thirst, headache and slight dizziness, but if it is severe the consequences can be greater and even need medical assistance.
