Science must also be at the service of happiness. This is the premise of Bienestar 360, a virtual and totally free dome where world-class experts will share the latest discoveries related to human well-being.

From 26 to 30 October, at conferences, workshops, interviews and other interactive activities, the public will not only acquire practical insights based on groundbreaking research findings, but also special tools to successfully face the challenges of the new normal.

David garza, Executive President of Tecnológico de Monterrey, inaugurated the eighth annual edition of this meeting (for the first time in a fully online format), which will be attended by 204 speakers with an audience of 40,000 connected people in 150 countries across five continents.

Garza stressed that in the current context in which individual well-being is essential to face the new educational, work and social challenges, the Tecmilenio University, the institution that organized this meeting, has great merit.

“Tecmilenio University has done a great job promoting the well-being of its students, faculty and collaborators and, through this event, provides practical tools to the international community for the integral well-being of all people,” Garza said.

Bruno Zepeda, rector of Tecmilenium, said that this virtual meeting will help audiences around the world to broaden their horizons and create more positive environments that lead to happiness.

“Above all we want to see how, by being positive and resilient, we can take advantage of a situation that can be overwhelming for many. The path and destination of this journey are the same: well-being in all aspects of our life, ”said Zepeda.

On the other hand, Rosalinda BallesterosThe Director of the Institute of Happiness Sciences of the Tecmilenio University, commented that the goal of Wellbeing 360 is also to improve family interaction.

“The tools on offer will help them find better ways to live together and achieve all of their goals,” Ballesteros said.

He also pointed out that Well-Being 360 will focus on five thematic axes: positive organizations, well-being in education, meaningful life, positive families and prosperous cities.
