In order to attach files in Telegram, the application has a paper clip icon, located in the bubble where we write messages. Although when we start writing a message in Telegram, this icon disappears, so we have to wait until we have finished writing the message to be able to attach a file. Or so it seems, because there is actually a workaround that makes it possible to attach as you type.

When you write a message in the application, the icon of the clip that is in the message balloon disappears until we have sent that message or if we completely delete the text we are writing. - Opens Telegram.
- Enter the chat where you want to attach a file.
- Write your message.
- As you type, click the three vertical dots icon in the top right.
- The Attach menu will appear at the bottom.
- Select what you want to attach.
- Send the photo and text you want to send in that chat.
This is a simple method of attaching files to your Telegram messages, but one that many users are unaware of. The reasons why the application hardly promotes or talks about this other method are not known, although it is definitely a good way to attach a file even if you are still typing that message.
