The Saudi Ministry of Health said there are cases where it is recommended to postpone taking the flu vaccine until the person’s health condition has stabilized.
The ministry’s “Health 937” account – via Twitter – states that “it is advisable to temporarily postpone the flu vaccination, in the case of an acute infection or any illness accompanied by a severe or moderate high temperature”.
And the health ministry added that it is possible to receive the seasonal flu vaccine after health conditions have stabilized.
He indicated that the seasonal flu vaccine was provided in all health centers.
