It is not surprising that Apple with its iPhone 11 has the most popular smartphone globally in the third quarter of the year. In second place was the iPhone SE 2020, which sold more than 10 million units in the period from July to September.
On Android, the Samsung Galaxy A21s was the best-selling smartphone, followed by the Galaxy A11 in fourth place. The mid-range of the Samsung Galaxy A51, which was the most popular Android phone in the first quarter of 2020, dropped to fifth in the third quarter. In fact, it’s the most “expensive” Samsung phone on the list.
The Samsung Galaxy A31 and Galaxy A01 Core were also among the ten most popular phones during this period.
Xiaomi has occupied three of the ten positions, with its Redmi Note 9 with position No.6. The other two Xiaomi phones that entered the top 10 were Redmi 9 and Redmi 9A.
