Samsung Galaxy S21 + appears in the first renderings; We see the phone from all angles

We’ve already seen renders with the Samsung Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Ultra, both through some leaks from the case makers and via @OnLeaks.

But I didn’t know too many details about the Galaxy S21 +. thanks to Coverpigtou, let’s see the first today detailed CAD renderings. The video was posted on YouTube and you can watch it below.

The entire lineup will have a similar design, but there are some differences in terms of size, rear camera placement, and screen curvature. We find out today that the Galaxy S21 + will measure 161.55 x 75.6 x 7.86mm. The terminal will look like this similar in size to its predecessor, the Galaxy S20 +.

While the design is similar to the Galaxy S21 Ultra, we do have some pretty visible changes. We find out today the S21 + screen will be slightly curved, but on the Ultra version we will have a much more pronounced display curvature.

Samsung Galaxy S21 will have a triple camera in the back and a selfie camera in the front framed by a polka dot cutout. From this point of view, it should be very similar to Galaxy S21, including rear camera specifications: 12 mpx ultrawide; 12 mpx main and 12 mpx telephoto lens. Furthermore, in the renderings, we observe the room module, which is part of the frame and stands out easily.

At the same time, the S21 + would have a 6.7-inch display with FHD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The battery will have a capacity of 4,800 mAh and will use Snapdragon 875 as the CPU.

We also know the colors this model will come in: Phantom Silver, Phantom Black and Phantom Violet. According to the latest information, however, Samsung was still in doubt whether to use plastic or glass for the back cover of the terminal, seeing “a resounding success” on models such as Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy Note 20.

Although there were rumors that the start of the new series had been postponed, we can still expect the new lineup to be announced in January, at the latest in February 2021.
