Kamal Badran, President of the Rotary Club Ismailia, confirmed that honoring the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health is part of the club’s honor for the state’s efforts in developing the health system and implementing the historic national project, which is a full health insurance.

The doctors were awarded: Mahmoud Abdel Karim, a specialist in dental medicine and surgery, Amr Abdel Fattah, an ophthalmology specialist, Ibrahim Ghanem, an obstetrics and gynecology consultant, and Mahmoud Saad, an ophthalmologist, for their humanitarian and their permanent collaboration in the service of the community and their constructive participation in the caravan.
