Ripple is not content to make a difference in the world of cryptocurrencies, now they are making a difference in the lives of the needy.
Madonna is collaborating with Ripple because they are aiming to raise money to help orphans in Malawi via Raising Malawi, a charity that Madonna founded more than a decade ago.
The one-month initiative is part of Madonna's plans for her birthday of which will fall on August 16th. Cretty will help her achieve her goal of helping orphans of HIV / AIDS in the African country.
The fundraising began on July 30 and will last until August 31, with Ripple trying to match all the public donations that will be made in support of the cause of Madonna.

Children in need who benefit from the fundraising campaign
Madonna has revealed that the funds raised will benefit the specific work of the non-profit at the 39; Home of Hope orphanage in Malawi.
At the moment, over $ 28,000 has been collected through his Facebook page.
Ripple, in his statement, noted that the African country has about one million orphans after the death of their parents for complications related to HIV / AIDS.
Ripple's senior vice president of commercial operations, Eric van Miltenburg, said: "We are honored to be a part of the incredible work of Raising Malawi with some of the world's most underdeveloped children."

Miltenburg, while further explaining, claimed that Ripple knew about Raising Malawi from his nvestors at Sound Ventures, a technology investment fund founded by Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher and Guy Oseary.
Ripple involved in other philanthropic activities
Back in May of this year, Ripple collaborated with Ripple to raise 4 million dollars in XRP for Ellen DeGeneres Wildlife Fund.
