HP announced launch of the U28 4K HDR monitor, which is partially in recycled plastic and this is for content creators. It turns out that it will start in Romania in January 2021. The plastic has been recycled near the oceans and is equivalent to more than 3 bottles of recycled plastic water.
Here we are dealing with a 4K monitor and the first to have the appearance of integrated recycled plastic. This is very important for the protection of the environment, but also as an awareness movement. The U28 monitor is designed for creative professionals, beginners or enthusiasts involved in streaming, gaming, maybe even photo / video editing. Its panel is an IPS with HDR support and wide viewing angles. The colors are well calibrated and the device offers options like Web Design and Photo Design.
HP Eye Ease features a blue light filter that does not affect color accuracy and protects the eyes after dark. This monitor has a single USB-C cable for connecting and charging multiple devices. It allows color calibration according to user needs and has quite narrow edges. Speaking of eco-responsibility, 100% of its packaging is made from durable recyclable materials.
The 28-inch HP UP28 4K monitor will arrive on the Romanian market in January 2021. We don’t have a price for the local market, but on Amazon we saw that this model costs $ 499.
