President’s health adviser warns about egg allergy and its relationship to flu vaccination

The President of the Republic’s advisor for health and prevention, Dr. Mohamed Awad Taj El-Din announced that seasonal flu vaccinations are completely safe and that Egypt has provided large quantities of the vaccine for this year by providing 5 times the amount that was present each year.

Muhammad Awad Tajuddin confirms that the flu vaccination has nothing to do with the Corona virus:

Dr Muhammad Awad Taj al-Din added, via a telephone intervention, to this morning’s program which is broadcast on the Extra News channel on Tuesday morning, November 10, 2020, and said there are groups that have priority in obtaining the seasonal flu vaccination.

This is due to the inability to administer vaccinations to all citizens, and he explained that anyone with a confirmed egg allergy should not undergo flu vaccination and continued his words by saying that seasonal flu vaccination has not nothing to do with the emerging corona virus, Covid 19.

The advisor to the President of the Republic for health and prevention affairs said that vaccination is an important factor in reducing infection, reducing complications and the chances of spreading the disease and stressed the need for commitment in the application of measures precautionary and preventive.

The most important of which is to wear a muzzle and take into account social distancing, and this in the absence of a vaccine effective to date to treat the Coronavirus infection.
