Valentina Garcia, IDRD Fitness Instructor explains these exercises to relax the body and back for people who are under stress.

  • Separating your legs hip-width apart, place your hands on your hips and relax your shoulders, making a small tilt with your neck to the right and left, doing it for 10 repetitions.

You can do the same thing back and forth, doing a flexion and extension to stretch the neck and relax the muscles, accompanied by smooth, regular breathing.

  • For this exercise you have to bend the knees, bring the hands to the knees and project the buttocks, look up with the right back, then inhale and exhale, then look towards the navel and rise with the back straight, this exercise will be repeated 10 times .

Remember that stress can be reduced with constant physical activity, releasing endorphins and hormones that will release daily stress so that you feel much better about others and about yourself.
