The Xbox Series X has arrived on the market! However, it appears that some drives are fraught with problems, including overheating issues. In fact, there are even console images and videos melting in front of gamers … What doesn’t seem like big news for Microsoft’s efforts on this new generation of consoles.
Oops !? The new Xbox Series X has just arrived and is already burning!
So if you happen to hear laughter from the East, particularly from Sony’s Japan headquarters, this is it. Watch the video below:
@XboxPL I had an unpleasant surprise immediately after starting the new equipment … 💔. The interface was only in the menu, after a minute / two of use only a smoke ball appeared … Can I count on replacing the equipment in this situation? Thanks in advance for your help! pic.twitter.com/E4A4UzU132

The video above was shared today and shows an Xbox Series X in sheer trouble, with smoke coming out of the top grille. The owner of the console says it shut down on its own after a few minutes of use, and it wasn’t even in play, it was just in the main menu.
Interestingly, this isn’t the only video showing this event, at least 2 more examples have already appeared on Reddit … which apparently shows Microsoft’s QA has been quarantined for fear of COVID -19.
However, it goes without saying that there is always the possibility of detecting a faulty drive. In fact, a few days ago, we received some reports from users stating that the new PS5 controller only lasted 2 hours. However, it was just a malfunctioning command. However, it is very serious to have a new console ready to be burned as soon as it is turned on … Imagine turning on the console and going to the bathroom or calling a friend to go play, and when they come back they have the house on fire … A 500 euro fire, since the console arrived on the market for 499 euro.
