OnePlus earphones don’t work and cause problems for users

In a market increasingly dedicated to wearables, OnePlus wanted to emphasize its presence and launched its Buds. These stand out above all for their price, which very correctly balances what they offer.

This Chinese brand proposition is already on the market and is being used by many users. If everything seemed to be a success story, now it could fall apart. There are a lot of complaints that are arising that lead to OnePlus Buds problems.

Problems with OnePlus Buds
Many have chosen OnePlus Buds as the choice for everyday life, putting aside the more traditional and well-known proposals on the market.  These headphones guarantee a very attractive value for money, which you like from the first moment.
However, users of these buds are now reporting serious problems with this set.  In particular, the left receiver seems to be the source of all questions, as it simply stops working abruptly and without explanation.

Anyone who has reported this complaint on OnePlus forums is advised to replace it under warranty.  This is done without any problems, however the problem does not seem to be solved and affects the new Buds supplied.
Complaints show that the problem shows up after a few weeks, letting the headset make any sound.  Oddly, it continues to respond to commands given by tapping, but the sound is simply removed and does not return.

The sound disappears, but the control remains
Some users report that they can get around this in the simplest way it can be used.  Pair the OnePlus Buds with the smartphone again and everything is reset correctly.  Many have tried this process without any success.
It is not yet known whether this will be a firmware or hardware issue, but OnePlus has not yet officially commented on the issue.  Permanent exchange is not the solution and the brand should soon be able to solve the problem of its gems.
