During an interview with YouTube's CKJ Channel Crypto News, Wind explained how this new feature works. He stated that a paper account can be generated by one of the existing TipBot users. The creator also indicated that you can access TipBot, create paper accounts and share them. There will be a public and private QR on the paper account, the public QR is to send suggestions and the private QR is for the recipient to activate the app.

For example, if you want to tip your friends, family, restaurants, or other individuals in XRP, the recipient does not need to be on social media. In a conversation with AMBCrypto, Wietse Wind talked about the problem-free approach of paper accounts and said:
