And Nicole Kidman revealed that she already had “husband and wife” behavior with Hugh Grant before they starred in the psychological thriller.
Appearing on The Graham Norton show, which airs Friday night, the 53-year-old Australian actress said she has known the Love Actually star, 60, for more than 30 years.

She told Graham, 57, that it was “very appropriate” for longtime friends to play a “10-year-old” husband and wife because they “have similar behavior.”
Nicole has never worked with Hugh before, jokingly saying that, regardless of his talents, the BAFTA-winning actor is “famous for not wanting to work”.
He continued: ‘We’ve known each other since we were 20.
‘We are friends and our paths crossed, so it was very appropriate to play a husband and wife who have been married for 10 years because we have that behavior together.

‘I’ve always wanted to work with him and I’ve always been a huge fan. When the director suggested it, I thought he would never do it because he is famous for not wanting to work.

Speaking of her co-star’s talent while promoting The Undoing, Nicole joked that despite Hugh’s reluctance to work, “she now has many children that she has to support.”
The Big Little Lies actress was referring to Hugh’s five young children, whom she welcomed in nine years after living a carefree lifestyle.

The Notting Hill star shares three young children with his wife, Swedish TV producer Anna Eberstein, including a son John, eight, and a daughter, four, whose name is unknown.
She closely guards her private life and has not disclosed the gender of her youngest son, born in 2018.
Hugh also has two other children with his on-off ex-girlfriend, receptionist Tinglan Hong, nine-year-old daughter Tabitha, and seven-year-old son Felix.
Appearing on the popular chat program, Nicole also talked about the nerve-wracking experience of singing The Undoing theme.
He said, “The only reason I did it is because the director said I had to, and I’m a very obedient actor!”

Nicole impressed with her vocal talent in Baz Luhrman’s 2001 musical show, Moulin Rouge! and sang the timeless classic Dream a Little Dream of Me for her latest project.
Despite her impressive voice, Nicole told the Sydney Morning Herald earlier this month that singing wasn’t a comfortable space for her.
“I can’t do with my voice what I can do when I’m acting and that’s very frustrating,” he confessed to the publication.
‘With performance, there’s a chance I won’t get there. But at least I know I can try to achieve it.
‘With the voice, I just can’t. I wish I could sing what I hear. ‘

Nicole is a mother of four and shares her two eldest children, Isabella, 27, and Connor, 25, with her ex-husband Tom Cruise, from whom she separated in 2001.
The Eyes Wide Shut actress married her husband Keith Urban in 2006 and they had two daughters, Sunday, 12, and Faith, nine, together.
The Undoing, based on the 2014 novel You Should Have Known by Jean Hanff Korelitz, premiered on October 25 and is available for viewing on HBO On Demand.
