Consultant cardiologist and arterial catheterization, Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr, explained the damage of pain to health and heart and its relationship to the possibility of a heart attack.
Al-Nimr said that sadness raises blood pressure and increases the concentration of factors that cause blood clotting, as it reduces eating and sleep and makes the person with it not interested in taking medications.
He added that all of these factors lead to an increase in the incidence of heart stroke, and therefore continuing to cry will destroy the injured.
