Both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business were previously free. However, this should change with the new features. Small businesses using WhatsApp Business will have to expect a fee in the future. How high this will be is not yet known. WhatsApp only writes: “Corporate customers will have to bear costs for some of the services we offer in the future.”
In order to better focus on selling via WhatsApp, Facebook offers a new hosting service. Work with different service providers to be able to meet all the needs of the company in a more individual way. The chats are then managed for free by Facebook.
