ALDI customers have identified some glaring errors in an educational toy calendar that should help children learn how to correctly identify dates, seasons and weather.
My First Calendar is a toy for ages 3 and up designed to allow children to move around the days of the week, month and year, as well as feelings, activities and seasons.
A mother who bought the toy for her children took to Facebook after spotting some glaring mistakes that seemed to defeat the purpose of the learning tool.
“Who can notice the two errors? How can our children learn if ALDI cannot wear the right ones? “the parent posted Wednesday.
Almost instantly the post was filled with ALDI customers commenting on the overlooked error in the weekday section.

“One Tuesday is missing and there are two Fridays,” one person wrote.
“I think the days are perfect, who doesn’t want two Fridays?” joked another person.
“Somewhere out there is missing a Friday,” a Facebook user said.
Several people responded with similar problems they encountered in their calendar.
“I received 2 Saturdays and no Sundays, the package was not opened at all!” wrote a buyer.

Some people pointed out that the colors of the months and seasons didn’t seem to match the Australian climate, but one person thought they knew why.
“Aldi is German … the seasons for the months when people comment are correct … for European countries,” they said.
“Germany could have our Australians,” someone replied.
Some lucky ALDI buyers assured the group that not all calendars were defective.
“I just checked mine and it’s all correct, so at least they’re not all like that,” wrote one customer.
One person suggested that although some of the toys may have some mistakes, there was still a way to save them.
“It’s good to laugh. Maybe children will learn by correcting what is wrong and we live in an imperfect world, ”they said.
Yahoo News Australia understands that the problem is isolated for some products.
ALDI customers are encouraged to return affected products to a store for a full refund.
