Microsoft’s plan to permanently kill Internet Explorer has begun

Microsoft has already shown the world what its plan for Internet Explorer is. This browser of yours that has been on the Internet for many years will disappear and will be replaced by its successor, Edge. This path is outlined and will happen soon.

It was also already known how Microsoft wanted to do this, making its browser an outdated tool that no one can use. This movement now seems to have started and everyone can already see how it will happen.

The end of Internet Explorer
The Internet Explorer end date is set and will be available soon.  It will be on August 17, 2021 that Microsoft will abandon this browser, leaving it unsupported and exposed to all kinds of problems.  It is a natural movement, but it could bring a lot of problems.
Obviously, Microsoft doesn't want to repeat the mistakes of the past and therefore has a plan to prevent it.  He wants to make Internet Explorer a browser that cannot be used and that can only be available to users in certain situations.

Microsoft forwards to Edge
For this, he had announced the plan to start redirecting users to Edge every time some sites were opened.  The list includes more than 1500 sites, where there are the best known and most used on the Internet.
However, this movement now appears to have begun and notifications have begun to appear.  Apparently it will have come with version 87 of Edge, which is now getting all these views.  Whenever one of these sites opens in Internet Explorer, it automatically opens in Edge.

A browser that doesn't want to die
The most curious thing is that even with all these attacks by Microsoft against your usual browser, it refuses to disappear.  Currently, Internet Explorer still has an attractive market share.  The 2.15% it has is close to, for example, Opera.
It seems like a move that will definitely bring Internet Explorer to an end.  By rendering the browser unusable, users will have no choice but to embrace Edge and then kill this internet classic forever.
