Microsoft releases what’s new for Windows 10 on the Insider Beta Channel

  • Based on Insider’s feedback, we can now use the Windows built-in screen cropping experience (WIN + SHIFT + S) to create a screen clipping e paste it directly into a folder of your choice in File Explorer to save the screenshot there. Try it!
  • Using the touch keyboard in a vertical pose on a 2-in-1 touch device now supports split keyboard mode.

Updates to the Windows Feature Experience Pack will come to Insiders via Windows Update. The same goes for cumulative and feature updates.

Users of Windows Insider in the beta channel they can go to Settings> Update & Security> Windows Update and look for updates to receive the Windows Feature Experience Pack update.

Please note that Insiders in the beta channel must have the build to receive this update 19042.662 installed. Insiders will have to do it reboot to enable the improvements mentioned above and they can check their version of the Windows Feature Experience Pack by going to Settings> System> About.
