American actor Michael J. Fox has announced his retirement from the show, as health is increasingly complicated, with mental disorders and cognitive impairments.

“There is a time for everything and my time to have 12-hour work days and memorize seven pages of dialogue is best left behind, at least for now I’m entering a second retirement,” he added.

He added that after he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s, his life changed dramatically, because it was causing him to lose his short-term memory, to such an extent that he could not remember basic everyday things.

It is worth noting that Fox was diagnosed with the aforementioned disease at the age of 30, ending his career and vanishing his acting dreams.

But although the actor expressed that he was not physically available to be employed in acting, he created a memoir that he shared with the world.
