HardwareMediaTek failed to deliver chipsets that could compete with Qualcomm in the premium segment. In AnTuTu it scored 622409 points (configuration with 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage, FHD + display with 90Hz refresh rate), and in GeekBench it collected 886 points in Single core and 2948 points in Multi-Core.
Of course, in 2021 it will compete with other processors from Qualcomm, Samsung, etc. However, it seems like a big step forward for the Taiwanese company. Huawei has something to choose from in its MediaTek portfolio for its smartphones.
