Lucifer reveals a preview of season 5, part 2

Netflix gave fans a very brief look at the second half of Lucifer’s fifth season with a clip featuring devil detective companion and lover Chloe Decker (Lauren German).

In a tweet posted on Thanksgiving, the fantasy drama account shared an imaginative collection of some of Detective Decker’s best moments, with the caption: “Thankful to Chloe Decker today and every day, so we’ve created a fantasy to show just how good we are. tired. “

While the 50-second clip consisted mostly of footage from the show’s previous seasons, the video concluded with a brief first look at the fifth part of the second season, which picks up immediately after the confrontation between Lucifer (Tom Ellis) and Amenadiel (DB Woodside. ) with Lucifer’s twin brother Michael (Ellis) and Maze (Lesley-Anne Brandt), is stopped by The Almighty (Dennis Haysbert).

In the clip, we see the broken window pane that Lucifer was knocked to the ground in real time before a perplexed Chloe is asked, “Have you seen Lucifer?”

The first half of Lucifer’s fifth season was released in August, with Ellis confirming that there was still “60%” of the second half finale to shoot after the coronavirus pandemic shut down production.

The cast and crew resumed filming on the series in September and have since wrapped the finale, with co-showrunner Joe Henderson confirming in October that filming for Lucifer’s sixth season had begun.

While Netflix hasn’t revealed much about what fans should expect from the fifth part of the second season, we know there will be a musical episode in the series after the show shared a first look where Lucifer, Ella, Detective Decker and Dan perform. Another One Bites The Dust by Queen.
