The eBay auction marketplace is partnering with Lolli, a crypto-centric shopping app, to supplement Bitcoin (BTC) rewards for its 127 million users.
Lolli announced Wednesday that its users can earn 1% in Bitcoin when shopping on the eBay marketplace. The initiative is part of a dual strategy to integrate cryptocurrency payments with online marketplaces and to raise awareness of digital assets.

Lolli is a cryptocurrency company that allows users to earn free Bitcoin or cash when they shop at over 1,000 partner stores. The company’s free Chrome extension sends notifications to the browser whenever a user visits a partner reseller’s site. This feature is now also available for eBay users.
The eBay marketplace is integrating Lolli just in time for the holiday shopping frenzy. Online sales related to Black Friday and Cyber Monday are expected to exceed $ 22 billion this year.
