LG has just patented a laptop with a roll-up screen that can extend its diagonal from 13.3 ” to 17 ”

This week was characterized by mobile devices, even after Oppo introduced the unique rotating screen phone called Oppo X 2021, a smartphone capable of extending its diagonal from 6.7 inches to 7.4 inches. I knew other companies like those of LG Electronics they prepare us for mobile phones and, more recently, we are working on laptops with such capabilities.

Today we discover a file patent for a laptop on the go LG Brand, a device that provides a flexible screen able to extend the diagonal from 13.3 inches to 17 inches. Furthermore, in one of the images the laptop appears with the screen completely rolled up in a fixed cylinder as happens with the LG rolling TV which, incidentally, is available on the market for a price of 73,000 euros.

The innovations don’t stop there because LG’s South Koreans have thought about folding the area with the touchpad over the keyboard so that the laptop takes up even less space when not in use. The compact size is the main attraction here and it remains to be seen when exactly those from LG to reveal such a device, even in the concept phase.
