Singer Britney Spears fears her father and won’t resume her career as long as she’s in power, the artist’s attorney said at a Tuesday hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Judge Brenda Penny refused to suspend James Spears from tutoring the singer, who held control of her career and fortune for 12 years, as requested by attorney Samuel D. Ingham III at the hearing. But he said he would consider new requests for his suspension or removal. News.ro.

James Spears’ attorney, Vivian Lee Thoreen, said she made a major contribution to her financial situation, from debt to a fortune of over $ 60 million, and said her removal would seriously injure her.
Thoreen also said the two did not communicate because Ingham prevented it.
The judge approved that a trust company, the Bessemer Trust, co-custody her property with her father, which Britney Spears requested.

In August 2020, Britney Spears asked a California court not to be reinstated under the tutelage of her father, who held control of the singer’s career and fortune for 12 years.
