Kylie Minogue, 52, wears long-legged dress in fuchsia thigh-slit dress and mesh cape

She is an iconic pop singer known for her sweet voice and age-defying looks.

And Kylie Minogue looked sensational as she slipped into a bold optical illusion dress with a thigh split for a performance at this Saturday’s Jonathan Ross Show.

The 52-year-old music legend showed off her toned legs as she slipped into a skin-tight fuchsia pink satin gown, adorned with a jeweled fishnet cape for her performance.

The dress revealed the star’s tanned legs courtesy of the skirt slits, and with a silk lattice snaking down the star’s thigh, it gave the illusion that Kylie had gone without underwear.

A pair of crystal studded stiletto heels accentuated her petite build.

Wearing the glitz, the gown was studded with sparkling crystals, with a cape draped over the singer’s shoulders and arms.

Her caramelized locks were styled in soft waves as a rich makeup palette enhanced her beautiful features.

In the Kylie show revealed that her family approves of her boyfriend Paul Solomons, 46, especially her Welsh grandmother, who first met GQ’s creative director at his 100th birthday party.

She said he passed with “top marks” while “learned a couple of phrases” in Welsh before meeting her grandmother, whom she “loved”.

Kyle added that Paul, who hails from Caerphilly, South Wales, impressed the rest of his extended family, who met all at once after flying in for the party.

Appearing on the chat program, which airs on Saturday, Kylie explained: ‘This trip, because it was her 100th birthday, the whole extended family was there.

‘It was really meeting the parents x 100. He had just flown the day before. He did really well. They certainly approve.

‘We settled down and Paul got to spend some time with my grandmother … he had done some Google searches and learned a couple of Welsh phrases and would have left [granny] at the lunch table.

‘[She] she loved someone who spoke Welsh to her, so she got top marks.

Kylie went on to reveal that her beloved grandmother is ready to turn 101 in just two weeks, describing it as “phenomenal”.

He continued: ‘Two weeks’ will be 101! My mom just sent me a video of her walking down the street with a walker.

‘It’s phenomenal. Knit or play scrabble on the iPad.

The Spinning Around hitmaker also told Jonathan, 60, that she “almost recorded” with Prince and was given a cassette of the deceased musician singing his lyrics.

Admitting that she wished she had collaborated with him, she said: ‘I almost recorded with Prince.

I mean, I met him and went out, we are the same size in our high heels. I drove my parents crazy as a teenager because I was crazy about Prince.

‘[I met up with him] and he said, “Where are your lyrics?” I said, “I don’t have any.” I didn’t write then. I went home, wrote the lyrics [and got them over to him].

‘I think it was the next day – he was such a prolific worker – his hand as a driver handed me a cassette with Prince singing my lyrics.

“I don’t know where the box is…. I’m sure it’s somewhere.

The Locomotion hitmaker kept busy during the coronavirus pandemic by finishing her latest album, Disco, from a makeshift studio.

It was worth it as the pop star made UK chart history, becoming the first woman to hit number 1 albums in five different decades in the UK.

Speaking of his milestone, he said: ‘I’m so glad I didn’t know [before]. When it came time to release the week, there was additional pressure. ‘

But despite selling more than 80 million records worldwide, Kylie admitted last month that she still has to deal with people who question her vocal talent.

“Over the years I have received more than my fair share of criticism of my voice,” he previously told Vogue magazine.

“And I had the voices in my head knocking on my door, saying,” You can’t sing. She can’t sing! “”

Kylie was famously labeled a “ singing budgie ” by critics when she launched her music career thanks to her role in Neighbors in 1987.

He continued: ‘A lot has to do with insecurity, so when naysayers are playing with your insecurities, it’s a tough battle.

‘I really had to say to myself, “Wait, how do you succeed if they tell you you can’t sing and your voice isn’t a valid voice?” I would really struggle to do that.

Last month, Kylie talked about her relationship with Paul, saying she was “lucky” to meet her handsome boyfriend.

In an interview with You magazine, she recalled how she initially refused to meet Paul and their first date only happened because of a very persistent mutual friend.

“One day, we went to the bar and my friend said, ‘right, I’ll call him now,'” he explained.

Kylie said Paul came to the bar and they swapped numbers right away, before going on a date.

‘What I wanted was a good guy and he was a good guy. We swapped numbers, went on a date. And that’s it.
