Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory – Test / Review

[ad_1]

When Square Enix announced that there would soon be something new from the “Kingdom Hearts” universe, there was great excitement. Fans are looking forward to a new part. But then it was decided that it would not be a continuation of the series, but a rhythm game that should sum up the story of “Kingdom Hearts”. In our review, we will tell you why “Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory” is still worth a closer look.

Easy entry

The tutorial for “Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory” is very successful. It’s short, it explains all the important keys and combinations we need for the game and lets us try it right away. The control is very intuitive and easy to learn.

Once the tutorial is over, we’ll be unleashed in the single player campaign. With our rubber jet we can travel back and forth between individual worlds. In each of them a new adventure awaits us with different backgrounds, monsters and occasionally a guest character who helps Sora, Goofy and Donald to save the world.

Over time, in addition to the main group, other teams will be activated, between which you can switch back and forth. However, they don’t have different abilities and strengths, so the change is a purely visual feature.
