Michael Wendler announces the end of the Telegram channel
In early October, Michael Wendler spoke in crude statements about the crown pandemic, at the same time he quit his job as a “DSDS” juror and handed him over against the media and the federal government. He has even created a Telegram channel, through which he has shared numerous contributions from prominent conspiracy myths in recent weeks. But it should stop now.
After Wendler addressed his Instagram followers in a lengthy video statement this week and put some of his previous statements into perspective (at least a little bit), he is now taking the next step and announcing the closure of his Telegram channel. “Today I will stop my Telegram site”he writes on the news and thanks all those who have been close to him.
Wendler: “It cost me everything”
As a reason for this decision, the pop singer cites saying what was important to him and doing what he could. He writes: “You are now being asked to improve the world and not just rely on others to do this work for you.”

Furthermore, he announced shortly before that he was one of the few artists to have expressed his opinion on what he said were “unbearable measures by the federal government”. “It cost him everything.” However, it gave him a “clear conscience and a liberated heart,” as he continues.
It is questionable whether there is any real insight behind his retirement, because Wendler continues to adhere to most of his statements. But conspiracy tales aren’t very conducive to his career. The musician must have noticed this too.
