And the dance of the day is none other than Bond … James Bond! This is what you read. The Danish developer is working on a game of the best known secret agent in the world.
As I said yesterday, the company today announces its new project (19). And finally, Project 007, a new original James Bond game, has been announced. According to the official website, the game will be a new origin story, which will see players step into the role of Bond before he becomes the man with the license to kill, and follow his journey to achieve 007 status.
The title will be produced in collaboration with MGM, Eon Productions and Delphi, and developed on IO Interactive’s Glacier technology.
As the name of the game and the brief nature of its advertising teaser indicate, Project 007 is in the early stages of development and IO Interactive is currently looking for talent to add to its development team. “IO Interactive is currently recruiting talent from around the world to join the team that will build this unique and exciting title,” states the game’s website.
No launch windows or platforms have been announced, but we will hear more about this project in the future.
