What are the trends or problems in paying for transport that you foresee will affect operators?
With the rise of contactless payment options, we see many operators pushing towards contactless fee collection and benefiting from the speed this offers, particularly on board buses and trams. Traditional cashless terminals do not offer this type of payment; either they do not accept contactless payments at all or they do not provide the compact form quality user interface required by these environments.
