The judge triggers Bushido’s shocking statement on marriage: “I slapped my wife with the palm of my hand”
Monday was the 14th day of the trial against Arafat Abou-Chaker and three of his brothers. On the last day of the trial, Bushido had to answer questions from court president Martin Mrosk. It was mainly about Arafat’s relationship with the rapper and his wife Anna-Maria Ferchichi. The 42-year-old explained that Sarah Connor’s sister initially had a good relationship with the clan leader. “I was almost always there, out of necessity,” he stressed. The 39-year-old was also traveling alone with Arafat. In his testimony it sounded like this: “My wife flew to Turkey without me and with Arafat, his brothers and the women.” The hotels between men and women were, however, separate.
Bushido also admitted earlier: “In his private life, Arafat was someone he confided in. Arafat was a trusted person. Yes, a friend.” With common ownership in Kleinmachnow, conflicts escalated. A big discussion broke out because Bushido wanted to build a fence around his house. After that, Arafat is said to have called for an end to the cooperation, which he is said to have reviewed later. Bushido was constantly under latent observation yet sought Arafat’s help in front of the LKA when his wife moved in 2014. “It works like a friendship between men,” the president summed up.
Now the rapper had to continue his testimony. Because it is still important to investigate the alleged crimes against the rapper, which should have occurred between the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018. It is always the end of the business relationship and the consequent breakup between the former partners.
Bushido continues
Bushido continued his testimony on Monday. First, the rapper claimed that Arafat was very detailed when it came to his accounts. 30 percent was billed by him, 50 percent by third-party artists. In live performances, he is said to have even raised 50 percent from the musician. “Arafat said something, we had to do it,” said the 42-year-old.
Then Attorney General Petra Leister wanted to know if there had been several incidents in which Arafat had become violent. Bushido then said: “Just the tone.” You dog “on Arafat’s side was the standard”.
“Shut up, tail,” Arafat also said. The clan leader allegedly gave Ali Bumaye a shoulder strap once. This was declared funny. Bushido said: “When the violence ends physically, it’s not fun.”
The guns were also involved
Arafat himself never got his hands dirty. Even after the dispute with Kay One, others were asked to resolve the conflict. When Attorney General Leister inquired about purchasing firearms, the artist said:
There was at least one weapon. Arafat would take the weapon on tour. It wasn’t supposed to be a blank gun. However, Bushido could not tell if he was loaded. Otherwise killers and pepper spray were standard.
Leister asked again, “Have you drawn any conclusions from these experiences?” The rapper explained: “If Arafat didn’t want something, there was no way you could achieve something. Many can’t imagine what’s going on.”
After a question from Arafat’s lawyer, Bushido refused to testify
The defense then went into specific charges against the artist, which were recently revealed in a “Stern” article and were criminally relevant. Bushido said: “There is an investigation into this matter for incitement to fire.” He did not want to talk about it, he had not yet commented and the defendant had not yet issued a statement in Potsdam. After further investigation, the rapper finally said:
When asked if a criminal investigation is underway on a precious piece of jewelry, he replies: “I don’t know. Is it relevant?” The president then clarified: “This is relevant, this is where your credibility is decided.” The defense then continued their joint vacation in Greece in 2017. They wanted to know if other members of the Bushido family had also traveled with Arafat. “My mom was in Miami with Arafat. She really wanted to go to America and she came with us.” It wasn’t unusual for the rapper: “I didn’t get the impression he was in danger.”
The separation phase with Anna-Maria
After a short hiatus, Anna-Maria and Bushido’s brief separation continued in 2014. “I was responsible for the breakup. I haven’t been the perfect husband for a long time,” she admitted. After the two were no longer a couple, the 39-year-old wanted to avoid meeting Arafat: “They met again for the first time when my father died in 2015. My wife didn’t want to run into Arafat. Don’t let him. the situation will arise in the first place. ”
When the relationship with the rapper got in trouble, Anna-Maria is said to have contacted Arafat. The defense spoke of a friendly level. His explanation was as follows:
The judge stirs up a shocking testimony from Bushido about his marriage
The president then double checked at a completely different point and this was the key word in the fist fights between Bushido and his wife. Bushido explained: “When we discussed, he was very, very heated. You shouldn’t be proud of that.” He also threw a pot at Bushido. With the artist it looked like this:
This happened in December 2014.
In the end there was a return to the break with Arafat. Bushido explained: “He noticed that there was more in me. I would not have raised the subject alone. He was very reserved”. The rapper simply wanted freedom of choice. “At that point, in September 2017, it wasn’t set in stone that we should avoid each other.” On Wednesday, the interrogation of Bushido’s witnesses continues.
