Bushido testifies as a witness

Bushido, whose real name is Anis Ferchichi, was due to continue his testimony in the trial against clan leader Arafat Abou-Chaker (44) in the Berlin district court on Wednesday. The lawyer had already informed the court, the prosecutor and the defense of his client’s contagion and said he and Bushido will stay away from Wednesday’s hearing. It was still unclear on Tuesday evening whether it would continue on Wednesday.

Arafat Abou-Chaker is accused, among other things, of attempted serious extortion, dangerous personal injury, coercion and deprivation of liberty. He is said to have imprisoned, beaten and abused Bushido in January 2018 after the rapper ended his long-term business relationship with Abou-Chaker. Three of his brothers are also accused. Bushido is the main witness of the trial.
