So you're here because you're willing to create a Litecoin (LTC) wallet.
Well, this is the wise decision you've made.
Do not waste time and let the ball spin.
First, you must know that there are certainly 2 things you will need to create a Litecoin card wallet.
- Your private key and Litecoin's address
- Paper

Let's Break It Down In Steps
Step 1: Own the private key
A private key is an alphanumeric string of characters that is linked to your public key used to derive your Litecoin address.
Even seedkeys are used in deterministic hierarchical portfolios to derive your public keys, your private keys and Litecoin's address.
Therefore, private keys and seed keys will be the information you will need first.
Step 2: Convert the private key to a QR code
If you simply write your private key and leave it in plain sight, you are actually putting your LTC at risk of being stolen without effort.
Therefore, it is important to convert both the private key and the LTC address into the QR code.
There are some steps to follow –
- Take the LTC address from a wallet, have the corresponding private key and enter it into a QR code generator.
- Use liteaddress.org to generate portfolios. Keep moving the mouse unless your private key and public key are generated automatically.
- It's time to buy a wallet from a paper wallet store.
Step 3: Print and store the QR code in a safe place
Print the QR codes of both your Private Key and Litecoin addresses.
Whenever you want to send LTC to this card collector, simply scan the QR code of the LTC address. But do not do it using your private key.
The private key is what you need to recover and pass your LTC when you are ready. So make sure you keep it in a safe place where it is not visible to anyone.

There are two of the simplest methods I'm going to discuss here
1. Loafwallet
Probably the easiest way to pass the Litecoin is through Loafwallet. This is the mobile wallet developed by the Litecoin Foundation.
- Go to Menu-> Settings-> Start / Retrieve another portfolio
- Scan the QR code of your private key
- That's all!
Or you can keep your LTC there or send it to another LTC portfolio. It may be imperative that you spend the entire balance in your card wallet, depending on how you generated your LTC.
2. QR code reader, then Import
This step is a little more complicated. You must first get a QR code reader. Anyone will do it. Scan the QR code of your private key. Then download Electrum-LTC and import the card wallet.
- Click on the wallet-> Private keys-> Sweep
- Write down the private keys
- Write down the LTC address to which you want to send it to the "address" section below
- Click "Sweep"
Your Litecoin tokens should appear in your Electrum portfolio shortly.
