According to a judicial source who saw the investigation file, last Wednesday the ambulance took just 11 minutes to reach the home of the late football legend Diego Maradona, after suffering a heart attack.
The judicial source confirmed on Friday to CNN: “The ambulance took 11 minutes to arrive. She was called at 12:17 and arrived at 12:28.”
This comes after criticism and the lawsuit filed by Maradona’s lawyer, in which he claimed that the ambulance took 30 minutes to reach the scene.

Matthias Morla, Diego Maradona’s lawyer, had criticized the length of time and on Thursday expressed his frustration that “the ambulance took more than half an hour to arrive” and described the emergency medical response that Maradona received on Wednesday as “criminal idiocy”.
