Destiny 2 is about to take one of those big leaps that occasionally occur in games as a service. In this case we are not just talking about the arrival of Beyond the Light, its new big expansion, but also about important events such as the disappearance of several planets, the arrival of new destinations or the beginning of a new plot trilogy.
Bungie wanted to offer more details today on the game’s roadmap for the next four months, which led them to also reveal the name of the next season and confirm the return of two characters we had lost sight of years ago: The Stranger and the Uldren.
Take a look at the new ViDoc:
The hunting season will come next to Beyond the light on November 10 and, as usual, will offer a good handful of free content for all players as well as a paid season pass for those who want to get extra items. It should be remembered that Destiny 2 is free, but Beyond the light it’s a payment expansion.
This is the roadmap for the next few months Destiny 2 Bungie unveiled today. In it we can see the contents that belong to the expansion and those that will be available for free for all players from 10 November:
You know what awaits us: new powers, new weapons, rare adventures, new raids, temporary events and more.
Perhaps one of the most important changes coming this year 4 is that most of the seasonal content and all the equipment will be available all year round. Until now, this seasonal content could only be obtained during the season, thus generating some anxiety among many players for fear of losing things. With this change, Bungie wants that feeling to go away and each player can enjoy the game at their own pace without having to be tied to the length of each season.
