It is available for both Android and iOS.
At the moment of pressing the button, the user can browse to find companies, see the announcements of offers and product prices. It is a sort of showcase to be able to observe, in a comfortable way, the elements that the user desires.
Also, as WhatsApp specifies on its blog, you can send messages to companies to get more information.
The company has released two videos to further explain the new WhatsApp for Business tool.
Sending money via WhatsApp, only in India
It is not currently available in all countries. An expansion is planned next year. Nor has it been disclosed when it is possible to pay for products via the messaging application.
Only India has this possibility, as announced by the company. It is a button to send money from one user to another.
The requirements are to have a bank account and debit card from that country. WhatsApp works with five different banks in India.
